Where we ship

United States only (50 states and Washington, DC) as the standard offering, unless checkout explicitly allows another destination. We do not market unrestricted international shipping.

Cost

Free standard shipping on US orders for The Jack 5 and other products, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders typically leave our US warehouse within 1–2 business days with tracking. Delivery often takes about 7–12 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

When your order ships, you will receive tracking by email.

Issues

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact the carrier and email us with your order number within 7 days.
